How can I move my customer from credit card to invoice?

When you go throw the purchasing flow you are prompt to enter an Admin email and account name, enter your customers AWS account information. Your customer admin will receive an email from AWS to move account to a new master billing account to be able to receive invoice and be moved under you as a seller in your platform.

Where can I as a reseller see my customers consumption?

You as a reseller can follow your customers AWS consumption under Reports in the platform, make sure you have the right permissions as a user in the platform. Your customer can follow the consumption if you allow them access to the platform.
